Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 4 July 2008 that Goldman Sachs, Inc. holds 35,738,345 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.65% of the voting interests in the Company; Deutsche Bank AG holds 24,708,877, representing 6.67% of the voting interests in the Company; and that Lansdowne Partners Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
